Waitrose will be showcasing the produce from 14 local businesses in association with hamper company Taste of Bath later this month.
Taste of Bath will be hosting a variety of tastings and talks throughout the weekend of 19 – 20 November in a pop-up tasting area next to the café.
All of Taste of Bath’s producers are sourced within a ten mile radius of Bath.
Helen Rich of Taste of Bath said: “This is an opportunity for our producers to really enthuse and wow the Waitrose customers with an amazing array of local produce. Waitrose Bath is a busy, city centre store, this pop up should be a real crowd pleaser.
“Waitrose have been really supportive of my small Bath based business, allowing us to showcase our hampers to their customers. I know my team of producers are delighted to be shown this support by such an iconic firm such as Waitrose.”
From 9am on Saturday 19 November, customers will be able to sample delicious local produce, including chai, gin, cheese and wine, just to name a few.
Taste of Bath specialises in the finest artisan produce sourced from Bath and the surrounding area.
