Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa are delighted to announce that Jamaar Semper-House, Chef de Partie at Michelin starred Restaurant Hywel Jones, is the winner of South West Young Professional Chef of the Year 2019.
The event which took place on the 22 October 2019 at the exclusive Exeter Golf Club rewards the skills and creativity of the most talented professionals, as well as junior chefs and students.
